The Manager of Industrial and
Community Development is responsible for all development activities within the
City. This includes industrial development - both retention and
attraction; as well as community development - promoting St. Marys and
developing partnerships.
The Department works with local
companies to assist wherever needed:

Promoting use of the
Revolving Loan Fund

Providing business leads
-
Aiding with expansion projects
-
Prepares annual Enterprise Zone and Community Reinvestment
Area reports for the County Auditor and State of Ohio

Conducting annual wage surveys
-
Promotes commercial and industrial buildings and sites
available in St. Marys.

Works to preserve the Sister City relationships with Awaji City, Japan and Lienen, Germany
While the Department encompasses many areas, it is always
working towards the development and betterment of the City of St. Marys.
