Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Service and Safety for the City of St. Marys, Ohio, in the office of said Director until 12:00 o'clock noon local time on May 2, 2013, for the purchase of a new, current production model as stated below:
One (1) 2013 Truck, Cab, Chassis
all in accordance with the specifications now on file in said Director’s office. Specifications and bid forms can be obtained from the office of the Director of Public Service and Safety at:

Bids should be forwarded to the attention of said Director in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside for "2013 Truck, Cab, Chassis".
Each bid must contain the name of every person or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the amount bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. Alternate bids will be considered.
