Industrial rates
are established by the Director of Public Service and Safety and confirmed by
Council.
All services to be paid by
the 10th day of the month following reading and charges will be delinquent
thereafter. A collection charge of 5% will be added to all delinquent
bills.
When the 10th day of the
month after reading falls on Saturday, Sunday, or any legal holiday, the first
business day thereafter shall be included in the service period. Service
shall be disconnected when bills remain unpaid after the 25th of each month.
EFFECTIVE:
With bills due and payable May 10, 2006.
