LEGAL NOTICE

Sealed bids will be received by the Director of Public Service and Safety of the City of St. Marys, Ohio, in the Office of said Director until 12:00 noon local time on February 15, 2023 for:  

WATER PLANT TREATMENT CHEMICALS
PEBBLE LIME, DENSE SODA ASH

all in accordance with the specifications on file in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, Municipal Building, 101 E. Spring Street, St. Marys, Ohio, 45885. 

Each bid must contain the name of each person and/or company interested in the same and be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or cashier’s check in the amount of 10% of the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured.  A contract Performance Bond will be required to be included with the contract of the bid award company.  

 All bids must be firm through March 15, 2024.

The City of St. Marys reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities.
